Then you should get another webradio program. I can't use ancient encoders, AAC on 96kbps deliver mp3 128 kbps quality.
It's not a matter of "nobody can hear your radio", but you're right about those dedicated Internet receivers. It's a shame they don't offer multi-codec decoding capabilities.
